This is a junction box lid for a common 110mm x 110mm electrical box.
I gave made this to mount 3 switches at my workbench to run LED lights at my bench and printers.
The Switches are generic 37mm x 21mm rectangle ones.

The Junction box also has room for as realy such as this one:
