Previously, they were all cluttered around the cabinet, which had to be opened every morning since we don't have space on our counters. AssemblyPlace the two shorter gear racks and the handle all the way in the body Place all 4 gears in without moving the gear racks.Pull out the handle until the gear racks are aligned to properly hold a K-CupPlace in the last two gear racks on top, all the way against the walls
