K2 Plus bed level adjustment knob

The original bed level adjustment knobs on the K2 are rather small and are hard to adjust for fine tuning when needing small adjustments especially if screws are very tight. This 3D printed knob gives the ability to have a much finer adjustment ability with less required force to be applied due to it's wired diameter. Two models are added. Loose fit does not stay in place and will need to be held while adjusting. Tight fit knob will stay in place if needed.
