An updated version of the control panel with SD card cutout for micro sd to sd extension cable adapter as I am upgrading my firmware atm just makes life easier than having to pull the board in and out of the machine. will be doing a prototype of this shortly and cutting in 2 tones laminated acrylic.

This is the new control panel for my K40 laser cutter. I have put together for a project I am building on my website. I will be upgrading the internal controller board to a Cohesion3D mini, and adding other bits to build the ultimate K40 for my man cave.

prototyped the design in 3mm plywood.

the final panel I will cut it 3mm laminated Acrylic white/black so it has two-tone effect for button labels see images.
