These are adapters for a cheap fun house blower. That i am using for my k40 laser extractor.
It takes the stock inlet outlet and sizes them for a 4" flex vent using the stock outlet hardware.
as for the inlet i used 3mm brass thread inserts and foam to attach it to the housing.

You can cut out the inlet grill before or after or not at all your call.
The outlet adapter i did not counter sink for hardware to lazy just did it by hand after the print. yes the outlet holes are to be offset they were on mine check yours and adjust as needed.

I only used support for the inlet i found i could bridge the outlet.
