K40 Panel updated to include 5 Switches, a temp sensor, and 12864 GLCD. I recently upgraded my K40 to a cohesion3d smoothieboard, so I figured I'd create a new panel to incorporate the GLCD, a temp sensor for the cooling, and 5 switches for various perhiperals.
