Kagamine-Len collar

needs LEDs: 13pcs 3mm and you have to cutt of about 2.5mm of the lens otherwise they´r to long.
It´s designed to take 12v23a batteries.
If you want the LEDs to light up when the collar is closed you have to fit a small push button (3.2mm*6.9mm) in the rectangular hole on clasp.
the front and back connect with M3*20mm bolt and and nut.
