KallRax - 2U mITX PC/Server Tray

This is a 2U tray that is suitable for a PC/server based around a mITX motherboard. There is sufficient space for the board to be positioned so that the I/O panel faces the outside of the tray for easy access. There is also space to the side to fit 2 2.5" SSDs or 2.5" HDDs. The CPU can be covered with a low-profile cooler and still fit within the 2U height of the tray. I have optimized the underside of the tray to provide strength and also air-flow to the underside of the motherboard. There is a single hole in the front for a 16mm switch to power the board on/off. The complete assembly requires the following parts:4off M3 x 14mm Button Head Screws4off M3 Flat Washers4off M3 Nuts - placed in the voids on the underside of the tray6off M3 x 6mm Cap Head ScrewsI printed this in PETG-HF with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height as this gives the best combination of strength and speed of print.
