Kannendeckel pitcher lid

A lid for a 1 dm³ pitcher.

This is based on my [Sagrotan soap dispenser lid](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3384632).

The sizes can be changed in the customizer, but i cba to work out again which value changes what exactly. Just change some of them and see how the shape changes. Maybe look at the source file, too. I think it’s not too bad, write-only-code-wise, but not everything is documented perfectly.
