Kanto Gym Badges

Here's a set of gym badges modeled as keychains! There's a surprise on the underside of each badge! These badges went through many iterations. The first badge, the Boulder badge, took me about 50 hours and 6 different iterations. Here were some of my early designs. After I got the right badge done, I played with the thickness of each layer until it looked right and was strong enough on a keychain, and then I thought I was done. It wasn't until I made the Cascade badge that I added the chamfer and Onyx on the back. That made a world of difference. I took this thought process into all eight badges and spent about 100 hours on them all. My favorite is the Thunder badge! Let me know what your favorite is!
