Katana Saber

A katana inspired lightsaber I made for a Halloween costume prop. The pieces twist lock together with a bit of friction, though you could glue them.

For the blade, I just used a [fluorescent light tube guard](https://www.menards.com/main/lighting-ceiling-fans/lighting-hardware-accessories/lighting-accessories/t8-fluorescent-tube-guard-48/p-1444446449574-c-7491.htm?tid=-8377723221689916220) sanded down to make it light up better and lightly painted red (which you could skip as the LED from the toy is already red.
