The ancient weapon of the samurai, the Katana is a double-handed, curved single-edged sword that is typically between 25 and 30 inches long.

This sword was designed in Autodesk Inventor, and tweaked in Microsoft 3D Builder. The blade measures roughly 27 inches long, and the model is broken up into 5 inch parts for smaller printers. I have also included the original uncut model.

Special Note: Eight supports are needed to assemble the sword. The supports must also be downscaled by 2-5% for a snug fit (can vary depending on filament, print nozzle, etc.)

Enjoy!
