Kavu Timaru backpack buckle

This happens way too often.

Backpack buckle cracked after just a few months in use. It happened to my [previous backpack](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3756789), happened to my [messenger bag](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4103031), then I lost my [scuba fins buckle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052388) and now it's my new backpacks turn I guess.

But this time it's a weird one. The manufacturers design makes an impression of sophisticated engineering, with additional flex bars, giving it that sci-fi look and perhaps even some function, too advanced for me to understand. Structural strength doesn't seem to be it's purpose though, since the original just broke at one of the thick bars instead.

So I decided to 3d scan that buckle like I did with one of the previous examples. Which ended up in a useless dot cloud/clump and a lot of non-manifold madness. Would have probably taken 1h to fix it manually, so I decided, it must be much faster designing it from scratch. H
