Kayak Paddle Clip

Print two of these and use some 1 inch webbing to hang from the side of your kayak. 30 mm diameter paddle tube should click right in, storing the paddle along the side of the boat when you want to stash it somewhere in-reach but out of the way. Printed in PLA with solid infill and the pieces seem sturdy. I'm not sure how well they'll stand up to water and UV, so I may reprint these in something more durable.

Edit: I went through a few revisions on this and settled on using one "kayak paddle clip 4.5mm bungee attachment.stl" and one "kayak paddle hook 5mm bungee attachment.stl", both attached forward of the cockpit. The hook is loose fitting and allows for easy removal, the clip is snug and makes for a more secure attachment. Using both keeps the paddle in place but is quick to remove.

I also glued some EVA foam (3mm) to the side that rests on the kayak to avoid scratches.
