Holder for cheap instrument and 20g silica gel bag
Humidity meter directly on the filament roll is a good way to store your PETG and similar moisture sensitive filaments.
The hygrometer and silica gel bags can be found cheap at AliExpress or from other vendors. Look at the rear side of the instrument, if it looks like on the picture here they will fit. (Outside diameter 45 mm, housing diameter 41 mm). Price around 1 EUR/USD each.
Bag clip included. For long time storage use a bag in a bag. Typical are filament deliver with 5 g silica bags (or simple clay), that is only sufficient for heat sealed heavy bags. You can use 3-5 of these, if they are freshly "recharged".
60 mm is a common width used by Bambulab, Prusa and others.
You can "recharge" a silica gel bag by placing it on the build plate set to 80°C or higher for 60 minutes or 30 minutes in a microwave on lowest power.
