These wings are easy to print and assemble! Very close to the original size and shape.
Print 2 hinges. Insert the metal rod into the hinges then insert all 4 wings and line them up. Use rubberbands to hold the wings together. Then drip some thin CA along the hinges to glue the wings to the hing joints. Pay attention to the T and B on the wings. Carefully insert the wing set into the R2 mechanism.
No supports needed but use 100% infill on the wing tips so the cannons won't break off the holders. In Cura there is a "per Model Setting" block you can set on the wing tips and make only the tips 100% infill.
