Mounting holes have diameter 4 mm
Separate .stl file with icons (print on finest settings - 0.1 mm worked ok)
Works with PLA
What you need
3D printed Base & Icons (check the print settings)
Superglue to glue icons in place
Mounting hardware

I have printed my from PLA a year ago still holds perfectly fine.
Update June 2020
Original PLA print works fine even for long time, still keeps up :-)
