I printed this on a CR-10S using PLA.
Printed at .12mm resolution and 25% infill for resiliency.
This object requires no supports and prints in about an hour.
Use 6/32 Oval or Flat Phillips Machine screws at the length required to hold the number of keys your have. I have only tested up to 24 keys using a 2" screw. Use a dremel or similar tool to cut the screw to length if desired.
Use matching #6/32 nylock nuts to prevent the screws from backing out due to use.
Optional: Place appropriately sized washers between keys and plastic to prevent wear on the plastic.
