I created key-smart-whistle, a whistle designed to fit inside a KeySmart Classic key organizer.I don’t fully understand the exact proportions of all the critical whistle parameters—such as airway height, wind window width, labium (edge) distance, and chamber width. Instead, I directly referenced and learned from these excellent designs: whistle super loud! 120 dbUltra Compact Mini Whistle 100 dB on your Keychain Based on them, I designed a very compact whistle approximately 35 mm long and 4 mm thick, small enough to fit into a KeySmart keychain.It is easy to blow and produces sound reliably. When stored together with greasy or dirty keys, it is of course intended for emergency use only.
