So I designed this wrist rest due to the fact that my wrist was getting sore from rubbing on the edge of my desk, especially during long gaming sessions.
It's only small, so it is ideal for placing on the left of the keyboard to access the WASD keys for gaming while your other hand is on the mouse. It is designed to be ambidextrous, so you could print two and use them for both hands with no issue!
For mine, I stuck some small rubber feet on the bottom which stops it sliding around on my wooden desk, I'd definitely recommend that, but it isn't mandatory.
The rest you see above is printed in WoodFill PLA which has a really nice feeling, even with the layer lines included.
