This is a keycap puller to bring always with you.
Since the keycaps can be very different, I add the OpenScad script I used to generate the keycap puller, so you can customize your puller as you prefer (length, distance of the arms…)
The Openscad file can produce a model without the keychain ring, just set:
keychain = false;
I have loaded different models ready to download, you can choose what fits better your keycaps. The models can be divided in:
- 0.8 mm wall thickness
- 15 mm arm length
- 17.5 mm arm length
- 20 mm arm length
- 1.2 mm wall thickness
- 15 mm arm length
- 17.5 mm arm length
- 20 mm arm length
They are both available in normal mode or keychain mode
Remark: A high wall size could not fit the space between keycaps but increases the strength of the piece. A low wall size could break more easily, even though the printing orientation tries to minimize this possibility.
Enjoy,
Luca
