The keychain consists of peripheral parts into which round segments (right and left sides) are inserted, on which text or graphic information can be placed. The height of the objects that will be placed on the round segments by the slicer is 0.6 mm. At this height, the graphic objects will be flush with the peripheral parts. The round segments are separated from each other by a spacer. By pressing the peripheral parts, a compact unit is created. A device is available for pressing (pressing) the parts, which ensures uniform pressing of the peripheral parts.
Printing parts:
1 x lower peripheral part (layer height 0.2 mm)
1 x upper peripheral part (layer height 0.2 mm)
2 x round segment (add text, pictogram, image) - (layer height 0.2 mm)
1 x spacer ring (layer height 0.3 mm or less)
Pressing jig:
1 x lower part (layer height 0.3 mm or less)
1 x upper part (layer height 0.3 mm or less)
PLA, PETG filament is suitable for production. I recommend following the recommended layer heights, 1
