Need a wood screw (3x15mm)
I reused the spring from my old camlock the "spring" here will probably need some fitting, you can adjust the opening angle by shaving with a blade the part pointed with red arrow on picture 2.
I used the size of my letter box I don't know if this item will fit other things...
The hole is 20mm with 17mm flat surface.
