This is a thumbwheel REMIXED.
The original "thing" is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2944420
You should use extruder wheel which have 40teeth like as photo no.3.

You need to merge file 1 and file 2 with a slicer.
Or use the file 3 merged by cura.
