Kitchen Knife Mandoline / Slicer

I wanted a way to turn a regular kitchen knife into a slicing machine, so I started working on this part. It works quite well, producing even slices with minimal effort.

You can move the slider to change the thickness of the slices. Move it close to the top for thicker slices, closer to the bottom for thin slices. I hope you like it!
