Kitchen Sink Stopper

Two versions available. Designed to fit stainless steel kitchen sink. These exit the cover at about 78.5mm at an angle.

PLA stoppers need to be printed with 100% fill and should be somewhat loose if you use in hot water. V1 originally didn't have a cover and it couldn't be pulled out until the water cooled down. In cool/lukewarm water V1 Part 1 is fine all by itself. Super glue needed for V1 assembly.

Caution: PLA floats if less than 80% fill. Can't stop much if its floating. 😀

Print V1 P1 with knob up and P2 with cavity up. Print V2 with top side down. No supports needed.
