Kitchen Trash Can Hook is designed to be used with large 3M Command Strip, which holds 5lbs per strip. Two of these hooks should easily hold a small, rectangular kitchen basket that fits under the sink. Attach it conveniently to the door rather than putting it on the floor of the cabinet where you would need to reach in and down. It works with most any basket that has a lip, but not recommended for breakables.
