This is Klarkosh, a villain of the Emerald Spire Superdungeon adventure for Pathfinder. I needed a miniature, because there isn't any for sale, so I glued this together:

body and base: Old Priest
arm and legs: Warforged Arcane Archer
weapon: Dwarven Dagger
helmet: Steampunk Robot
shoulder pad: Tech Builder
