Klein MM420 holder

Was unable to find a good Skadis pegboard holder for my Klein Tools MM420 multimeter. Designed and printed one for myself. Sharing in case its useful for anyone else. I've updated the dimensins to match the front of MM as the version I printed had too wide of an opening resulting in a slightly reduced support for the front.
