Klicky Probe Mount for Manta Toolhead, ENDER 5 Version

#Klicky Probe mount for the ender 5, designed to be used with the Manta Toolhead designed by Stephen Boothy.

Drop in replacement for "Rear_Mounting_Plate_E5.stl", requires 3 m3x5x4 heat set inserts, if toolhead already installed, will require disassembly and removal of "Duct_Base_E5.stl" in order to reach nuts holding in the rollers.
