Knee / Elbow Joint

This is my first public upload on the site, it is a knee / elbow joint for rotation in one axis. The file itself is not the intent of my upload but more the technique of how I was able to make this joint print in one piece and become usable right off the bed.

The joint consists of a cylinder with a revolved cut that allows two parts of the cylinder to be attached to different shafts. I hope the sketch shows the cut well.

The tolerance is 0.5mm but I also tried it at 0.3mm and it could still rotate with some resistance, so in certain cases that could be desirable.

The file is around 22mm long, 20mm tall and 30mm wide with a 7.1mm square hole to connect it to other parts.
