Knife handle

There's a very cheap knife on [GearBest](https://www.gearbest.com/survival-emergency-gear/pp_60908.html). With some work it takes a really keen edge, and considering its price, it's great - camping, toolbox, kitchen, etc.

One thing I didn't like was the handle (or lack thereof). So here's a set of printable / customizable scales for it.

I've designed around the hardware I had laying around (namely, [M3 hex-head screws](https://www.banggood.com/240pcs-M3-DIN912-Hex-Socket-Head-Cap-Screw-Nut-Assorted-Kits-4-25mm-p-1074609.html) and [knurled nuts](https://www.banggood.com/100Pcs-M3-x-6mm-Brass-Knurled-Nuts-Insert-Female-Thread-Round-Insert-Embedded-Nuts-p-1184384.html)), but the design can be adapted to whatever you have on hand.

Parameters you can adjust in Customizer are handle thickness and knurl nut height; thinnest possible handle for 5mm knurled nuts is 14mm.

I'd suggest using OpenSCAD instead of the Customizer, since the latter can be temperamental.
