I have a Brother Ameno KH-836E. It is a 4.5mm standard-gauge, 200-needle, punch-card operated knitting machine. I have cut punch cards on my silhouettecameo in the past and wanted to find a better less labor intense process to make my own patterns. This was my solution! When i print this card i have been using PLA. After a couple of versions of the card i have found for my machine keeping the card at 0.2mm runs great. My cards have all been printed at 100% infill, 0mm elephant foot compensation and Arachne Wall generator. You know you printer best, so play with the settings! When the card is done printing let it cool completely before you peel it up. To soon and the card will warp. One file is a whole card. My P1P is not big enough to print in one go. The second file is the same card slit in 2. I have made and overlap of one row to line the cards up and glue together. I carefully used supper 77 spray adhesive that i had most ready on hand.
