KNO3 sugar rocket

A simple KNO3 sugar rocket motor with a screw on bell nozzle.

The inside diameter is 16mm, the walls are 2mm and the top is 4mm to prevent blowout at the top.

After screwing on the bell, you can use the nozzle hole to guide a chopstick down the center.

I use a mix of a little KNO3 with some ground up matchheads as the core fuel to get the KNO3 + sugar mix going ;)

Added a second rocket that fits a standar 5/8" (16mm) PVC pipe, you can use 10cm pieces of PVC as the motor and just pop these parts on to complete the rocket!
