Knob Maker, pointers, text, axels, ridges customizable

A fully customizable knob maker.
Many options and settings.

Everything created in OpenSCAD.

You can combine virtually any options, such as:
- text, raised or lowered
- text, down or upwards curve
- straight text
- text can be placed at any place along the edge
- pointer or no pointer
- blocky pointer or pointy pointer
- pointer length
- pointer height
- round axle, circular axle, detented axle
- ridged or smooth knob
- conical or straight knob
- protruding base or no base
- diameters are all parametric
- all axle dimensions are parametric
- position the D-cutout of axle hole in any angle
- knob height
- indented top
- placement of indent in any angle
- concave top
... and so on

Edit the scad in OpenSCAD, and render to stl.

Be careful, no error checking what so ever. Not all values are sane.
