For more sizes look at my Profile! My M3 bolts fit nicely. Recommend printing with 100% infill. PLA & PETG print profile included. For low torque applications the friction fit provides plenty of strength. My use case however needed a bit more torque so I used a dab of superglue on the inside, works fine. Just be careful not to get anything on the threads. Put two plates in the .3mf, one with 9 pieces on one plate the other one with just a single one to dial in the dimensions for your bolts. Uniform up and down scaling can help you get a better fit for your bolts. M5 - M3 sizes are on my profile.
