The [Scout Bike Alarm & Finder by Knog](https://www.knog.com/products/scout) comes with anti-tamper/security screws and corresponding "key" to affix the device to your bicycle's standard water cage mounting holes.

This is a hopefully decent faithful reproduction of the included key. If you lost the original metal key, you can print a replacement!
