Knuckle Joint Analysis

In this analysis, I have examined a knuckle joint subjected to a 10 kN tensile load. The allowable tensile stress for the material is 75 MPa, the allowable shear stress is 60 MPa, and the allowable crushing stress is 150 MPa. These parameters were used as the basis for the calculations. It's worth noting that tolerance factors have not been incorporated into the design considerations. The modeling phase was carried out using Fusion 360, while Ansys was employed for the subsequent analysis. The chosen material for this analysis is Structural Steel.
