kobolds sometimes need motivation to keep moving forward in battle. For some reason the leaders of the corp have found that scribbling doodles on a peice of cloth and waving it around inspires the troops to fight on. command has no idea why this works only that is does. so each regiment has what they call a scribble waver. it is a high ranking position as the scibbles need to be good enough to effect moral. comes with supported and unsupported versions.
