This converts the stock 4-filament hub or my 45-degree angled hub into a 5-filament hub. I recommend printing this in PETG as PLA can be stiff/brittle and the 4 locking tabs may snap off. Parts Anycubic 4-filament hub Alternate: 45-degree angled hub 5x Bondtech push fit collar for 4m OD bowden tubing - these are smaller diameter than the stock collars from AnyCubic 4x Springs: 7mm OD, 0.5mm wire, 12mm length Only if you don't have the spring version of the hub Note, I couldn't find 12mm springs but these 15mm springs work fine. Instructions Disassemble the stock 4-filament hub by gently pressing on the 4 tabs on the sides near the top. Remove the inserts in the hub so you can see the funnel inside the hub. There are 2 versions of the hub that I'm aware of. If you have the spring version then you can reuse the 4 springs from the stock hub. If you have the foam version then you'll need to buy springs to do this conversion. Insert the 4 springs into the insert like this picture. Push the insert into the hub so it is firmly seated against the funnel. If you're using the stock springs they should be near the lip of the hub. The 15mm springs will be slightly above the lip. Place the collar platform over the springs making sure the 4 corners line up with the springs. Insert the 5 collars into the cap from the flat side. Start with the middle one and then add the 4 corners. The collar is very small and pliable so be careful to angle all 4 prongs into each hole. Position the cap over the collar platform and carefully push it down into the hub until all 4 tabs click into place. When inserting the tubes, make sure to slightly angle the 4 corners towards the center. If you try to push straight in it will get caught on the spring. Here is a 12-hour print with the 5-filament conversion on my 45-degree hub:
