This frame solves 99% of the original frame deformation problems You can use this STEP file to mill the plate with a CNC on 10mm aluminum or contact me and I can do it for you you need: 1x bed frame 3x thickness 3/4mm 8x M4x10 2x M4x15 6x M3x25 6x M3 washers Aluminum Plate Installation Instructions CAUTION: The Kobra S1 heated plate operates at 220 volts. Unplug the printer from the power supply before performing any work on the plate. Remove the original plate from the printer. Once removed, the metal sheet and plastic supports will no longer be needed. Pay particular attention to the underside of the plate, as this is where the copper tracks that heat the plate are located. They are covered with a very thin layer of insulating material that scratches very easily. Scratching the plate could cause short circuits when it comes into contact with the aluminum plate. Now, drill 8 new holes in the heating plate. These are already present in the aluminum section, but they must be drilled in the black magnetic section. Use a 4.5mm drill bit to enlarge and drill the 8 existing perimeter holes. A 4mm drill bit can also be used, but a 4.5mm drill bit is preferable. Using a countersink, we need to countersink the holes on the magnetic chuck side, so as to create the housing for the screws. Be very careful not to scratch the copper tracks. After drilling and countersinking the holes, we move on to protecting the platter. Using blue tape or Kapton tape, we create a layer of tape under the platter to protect any scratched tracks from contact with the aluminum. I recommend doing this even if you've been careful not to scratch the tracks, so as to maintain additional insulation with the aluminum plate. Insert the 8 M4 perimeter screws and the 4 original M4 screws previously removed to disassemble the plate into the 4 central holes. Insert all the screws first, then, once they are all tightened, tighten the 4 central ones and then the 8 perimeter ones. After attaching the heating pl
