Kobra X Scrap Spool

Are you a hoarder with a bucket of small scraps of filament, just perfect for individual parts compatible with brick systems, minis, filament clips, or other tiny prints? Is your scrap filament too short for the the PTFE tubes of the Kobra X? Print and install the Kobra X Scrap Spool! This gadget fits above the print head providing a place to hang a small coil of filament. Simply disconnect one of the tubes from the print head, thread the end of the filament through the loop at the top of the Scrap Spool, and push it directly into the open port. Does not block any fans or other openings on the print head. It is designed to mount on the left side of the print head so the ANYCUBIC logo is readable. It can fit on the right side, but could catch on the cable when the print head is fully to the right. Avoid hanging anything heavy from the spool as it could impact print head motion. The loop at the top is intentionally sized to fit a short piece of PTFE tube if desired, though it is not necessary. ** UPDATE ** V2 is now uploaded. V1 did not block fans or cooling vents, but did inadvertently block the spent filament ejection ports below the tubes. V2 resolves this issue and increases the size and depth of the spool to accommodate slightly larger sample-sized filament coils.
