KOSS ESP 95X Knob coupling

I printed it with 0.4mm nozzle you can try with 0.2mm as those small protrusion which are 0.4mm thick would get printed better.
Set infill to 0 and shells to 4 or more (model is small so anyhow extra shells will get ignored). Rafts would help if your first layer turns out expanded too much.
