Kossel 2020 Fixed Width Carriage + Adapter

**After many months these parts lost their tension. I no longer use them.**

**They last longer than the original parts, however nothing can beat injection moulded ABS parts. I highly recommend upgrading from printed carriages as soon as possible.**

The STL file included is an example and will only fit certain V-Slot extrusions.

PLA is a strong, stable and useful material to work with however it does suffer from some setbacks. One of those is the fact that if many PLA filaments are stretched they will eventually part like water.

This part was designed to mitigate those issues while still providing strong tension to keep the bearings from tilting and wearing and to prevent banding issues. You will have to do your best to resize the part if the first print doesn't fit or you want to fit it to another extrusion.

You may have to print off several carriages before you find one that will fit your wheels and extrusion.
