While developing and building parts for a new delta, I needed an effector. Instead of redeveloping a copy of the ones used by my existing printers, I found several that were good, but not ideal. So, I decided to add a few fixes to "Yakandu's."

I added some room for m3 nuts and widenned the holes for the pushrod screw holes. This way they do not rely on threading into the plastic. I also made the hole around the heat sync chamber, allowing for a larger one.
