Kossel Effector for E3D V6 hotend

I made this thing!
An effector plate for my kossel, the one supplied needed severe mods to take the E3D so i dowloaded Ponpont's excellent plate from here.

But I found i didn't need a probe!
(what can I say, i paid attention while building!, the bed is glass, and therefore flat, and i spent some time making the frame and rods right, so calibration does not budge. ever, at all, not even a tiny bit, well only when I change nozzle)
But I did manage to knacker a thermistor AND heater in striping down and rebuilding a few times when the hotend clogged, so i thought rather than a probe some connection points for the thermistor and fan might be more useful, so I added a square hole to take a 4-way dupont connector with a screw to lock it in place, i push the 4way through the top of the plate until a couple of mm are sticking out below the plate, then make short leads onto the thermistor and the fan, and plug these in from the underside.
