Kossel Magball Adapters

A set of adapter parts to convert a Mini Kossel to use magball arms. Includes 3 separate components:

1) Carriage that's a direct replacement for the stock Mini Kossel carriage, with a 45mm arm spacing. Angles the magballs at 45 degrees for maximum range of movement. Will alter delta radius parameter slightly, though it differs depending on the exact length of the magball studs.

2) Two-piece rod ends that hold a magnet and have a spherical relief to hold the magball. Designed for a 5mm rod, 8x10mm magnet, and ~3/8" magball, but exact values can be modified in the Dimension spreadsheet in the FreeCAD source.

3) A magball adapter for the Gulfcoast Robotics Mini Kossel end effector for M4 rod ends (https://www.ebay.com/itm/324219011332). Just happened to be what I had, so probably not terribly useful, but included for completeness. Design could probably be modified to fit other end effectors, but if you have a printed one you're probably better of designing a new one with a 45mm r
