This is version 8 of my end effector for the openbeam kossel pro and other delta printers. It uses an E3D V6 and has fantastic part cooling.
Main goals for this end effector:
-fit an e3d v6
-avoid nozzle from getting too far beneath arms
-integrated hotend cooling
-great wrap around part cooling
-two piece hotend clamp
-standard 30mm fans
-no interference between end effector and arms
-secure arm mounting
-easily printable
-fan duct with ribbing to direct air
-fan duct nozzle close to print nozzle
Improvements from version 5:
-improved part cooling ducting for more airflow
-two piece hotend clamp
-more secure arm mounting- eliminates the round standoff
-easier to print- eliminated areas with small contact to the bed
-fan duct body allows for greater airflow
-fan duct body is further away from heater block to prevent melting/warping
-fan duct with ribbing to direct air
-fan duct nozzle close to print nozzle
