I was using the original design for my desktop KP3S but the reel holder began to sag over time. I drew this up in fusion360 and liked it so wanted to share.
I angled this reel holder design to use up the whole width of the 4020 aluminum and direct the reel towards the extruder. This still needs the spool holder spool holder shaft files and a section of 2mm rod that only cost $1
