This is a wall mount for KSA graded cards! I have uploaded the 123D Design file if you'd like to customize it for PSA, Beckett or any other grading cases.
This uses a single flat thumb tac. Feel free to add a recess for double sided tape. I used 20% infill and it's stronger than it needs to be by a lot.
